The Boston Globe recently took a deep dive into Mayor Koch’s years of work toward revitalizing downtown Quincy. And the verdict is a good one, with the region’s paper of record stating that “this long-sleepy business district is emerging as the kind of downtown the South Shore has too long lacked.”
