75th Anniversary Koch Club Reunion: A Legacy of Inclusivity and Service in Quincy

If you grew up in Quincy in the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, you probably played in the Koch Club!

Founded in the 1950s by the current mayor’s father, Richard Koch, the Koch Club has been an anchor for youth development in Quincy. Its enduring values of community, charity, and treating everyone with decency still resonate today. The motto, “Everyone Willing to Help; Willing to Help Everyone,” perfectly captures the club’s essence.

The Legacy of the Koch Club

The 75th Anniversary Koch Club Reunion was more than an event; it was a testament to a legacy that has enriched Quincy for decades. Michelle Stenberg was named the 2023 Richard and Simone Koch Youth Service Award winner. This award stands as a symbol of dedication, hard work, and the spirit of helping others.
