A well-known specialty grocery store was proposed to the City’s Planning Board this week as the anchor tenant to a new downtown development at the site of an International House of Pancakes adjacent to the Generals Bridge, officials said
Neither the developer, Atlantic Development, nor the City named the specialty grocer citing confidentiality requirements through the permitting process, but The Patriot Ledger confirmed the store is indeed Trader Joe’s.
